This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Prosure360 business, a part of Marlowe Software Risk and Compliance.

Prosure360 is our innovative supply chain management system that facilitates the certification of contractors and suppliers for health and safety, ESG and insurance.The system is breaking the mould in supply chain management due to its highly flexibleapproach.

Where assessments are expiring, this role will handle renewals, ensuring a high conversion rate for subsequent years.

This role will suit a commercially minded and pragmatic professional, with a strong operational background, and the desire to progress and develop within a growing organisation.

This appointment is a new role, and critical to the growth of Prosure360 and the division as a whole.

**Key Activities**
- Providing potential Prosure360 customers with information on the business and representing us professionally.
- Supporting service providers through the sign-up process, and assessment completion stages.
- Assisting with the take-on of new clients.

- Persuasive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to quickly comprehend potential member issues and provide resolution and support.
- Excellent people skills needed to interact with Prosure360 members, colleagues, and customers.

- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work with integrity.

**Essential Criteria**
- Proven telemarketing experience.
- 1+ year sales or renewals experience
- Experience of complex business to business operational processes.
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential.

**Desirable**
- Degree
- Experience of working in a consultancy, SaaS environment, or technology related environment.
