**Position: Evening Caretaker**

**Location**: Frome

**Hours**: 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, term time only (38 working weeks per year)

**Salary**: £13 per hour

Are you a reliable and proactive individual with a knack for maintenance tasks and ensuring security? Clay & Co. Facilities Group Ltd is currently seeking an Evening Caretaker to join our team in Frome. As the last person on site during evening hours, you will work independently to maintain the premises and ensure security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secure and lock the site premises during out of hours.
- Perform maintenance and caretaker duties, including but not limited to painting, health and safety checks, and grounds keeping.
- Address any immediate maintenance issues that may arise during evening hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Occasionally provide holiday cover and weekend cover as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Confidence and ability to carry out tasks unsupervised.
- General maintenance skills; no specific trade skills required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
