Building Surveyor

An independent Chartered Building Surveying practice based in Surbiton are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor preferably with consultancy experience, to join their growing team of 12.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will carry out a varied traditional building surveying role, receive all the APC support needed to achieve MRICS chartership and work across sectors, predominantly focusing on the London residential market.

This position is ideal for an Assistant Building Surveyor, looking to take the next step in their career, you'll have full support and training for your APC and the opportunity to gain confidence with client management and communication.

**The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor**
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- 6+ months industry experience in a client-facing building surveying role
- Have started their APC diary
- A client-facing demeanour and confident communicator
- Be self-motivated and organised
- Work well with others and have a supportive mentality
- Have ambition and keen to progress in their career
- Good understanding of core BS services
