We're looking for an experienced Will Writer to join our team In this role, you'll draft Wills, trusts, and LPA's, while also managing the daily operations of our legal office. If you have a passion for estate planning and enjoy leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review Wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
- Provide clients with expert legal advice on estate planning
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our legal office
- Supervise and support our dedicated legal staff
- Keep client records accurate and up-to-date

**Qualifications**:

- STEP qualified (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting Wills, trusts, and LPAs
- Strong understanding of estate planning laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a legal office
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and a strong client service orientation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a legal setting

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
