**Job Brief**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Exec to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will need to have expectational writing capabilities with the ability to produce researched and technical pieces. In addition, this role will see you working on a broad range of clients’ social media platforms, producing copy and scheduling content.

Alongside this, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of campaigns.

Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our clients marketing channels. This role will help you acquire a range of marketing skills and provide you with in-depth knowledge of various marketing strategies and techniques.

Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in digital marketing and work with ground-breaking innovation that you never knew existed

**Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of the role may change as time moves on, but our Jr Marketing Exec is designed to give you as much exposure as possible of all marketing departments. You will mainly be responsible for:

- Working closely with Head of Digital Communications and Sr members of the team to implement integrated marketing strategies.
- Creating and scheduling social media content and being involved in activity plans
- Responsible for PR outreach, building relationship with journalists and newsjacking
- Conduct research into industry trends
- Actively involved in group brainstorming sessions, bringing creative ideas to the table
- Being a part of wider research projects
- Monitoring performance through KPIs and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Be a geek - We want an individual who loves heavy and technical sectors just as much as us
- A strong desire to learn, a great attitude and work ethic, along with a professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Experience writing content or managing social media accounts would be a plus
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

**Qualifications**:
Any degree or qualification will be considered, for Halston B2B it’s more about the right person rather than the qualification. However, we would suggest attaching a cover letter to give more insight into how you would fit in this role and our company.

Working hours

The role will be both office and remote based. The hours are 09:00am - 17.30pm Monday to Thursday and 09:00am - 17:00pm on Friday.

It may be necessary to work longer hours to accommodate lengthy meetings or attend events.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
