**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client’s site in Southgate, Bath.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Start shift promptly at the time designated, in full uniform.
- Appearance to be clean, smart, and tidy always.
- Responsible for the awareness of Health and Safety.
- Be able to keep a customer-focused approach, always keeping the customer experience in mind.
- Be able to assist retailers, customers, guests’ visitors by providing guidance, directions or any other general support keeping customer service standards high.
- Procedures carried out must be in line with the Health and Safety Policy, procedures, and Instructions.
- Assisting tenants on request where required.
- Responsible for providing first aid if necessary. (Once trained)
- Use FSI Go mobile device to log every task, and assist with accident and incident control and prevention. (Training to be provided)
- At all times follow through with any managerial instructions.
- Responsible for planning specialist cleans and ensuring all equipment is well maintained, cleaned, and utilised during the progress of works.
- To ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper, and thorough manner considering, Health and safety legislation, Incentive FM policies and procedures, risk assessments and method statements and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement to the appropriate person Always keep your working area and space clean and tidy and your tools and equipment safely stored Maintain polite and good communication with your colleagues, tenants, management,and shoppers at all times Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required.

**About You**:

- Driving license is required.
- Cleaning & housekeeping experience.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in working with a team and building partnerships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the IFM teams.
- Organised individual who can follow schedules of work.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and their impact on this.
- The ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role.
