Mills Milk is a family run business that has been in our family for over 100 years
We supply locally sourced milk and farm fresh produce to homes across Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness as well as wholesale deliveries across Scotland.
Due to our continued success, we are recruiting 2 x Office Administrator’s to join our busy Head Office based in Largs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and assisting with customer queries
- Inputting orders and data to our internal system
- Setting up Direct Debits for new customers
- Customer retention
**Requirements**:
- Strong IT skills
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Well organised individual with the ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident with good telephone manner
- Fluency in English language with the Right to Work in the UK
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
