Bakery Supervisor

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of rolls and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are made following recipes and food safety standards
- Assist in the development of new recipes and products
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior bakery staff
- Oversee the production of baked goods ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery
- Supervise food preparation processes

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food safety practices
- Ability to provide help and guidance to team members
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a bakery
- Strong bakery background with experience in food production

Remuneration dependent on experience.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
