Total Relevant Experience in Cloud & Cybersecurity - 10+ Years
- Extensive Experience in Design, Planning, Implementation, Management & Troubleshooting of Cloud & Cybersecurity Products.
- Experience in Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, Cisco Any Connect VPN, Basic Routing concepts.
- Advanced-level debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Handling/Managing a team of 10-15 Technical resources.
- Experience in ITIL, Major Incident Handling (P1 &P2), Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, providing RCA’s to the customer for P1 & P2 incidents.
- Experience in Preparing Data, PPTs for Governance meeting, Tickets Auditing.
- Experience in working with sales & pre-sales teams for creating RFPs.
- Experience in interaction & Solution Presentation to “C” Level executives.
- Experience in creating Technology Roadmaps.
- Experience in Leading/Driving the projects alone and also along with a team.
- Willingness or work in Odd hours and weekends as n when required.
Preferred Certifications - CCIE-Security, ZCCP-IA, ZCCP-PA, ITIL.
Good to have - Hands-on Experience in Zscaler Cloud, Azure Cloud, Fortinet Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, SSL/TLS Certificates.
