Quality Auditor

Vitacress Salads, based in St Mary Bourne, Andover is one of the leading salad and watercress suppliers in the UK. With our own salad leaf farms we really can claim a field to fork operation. We grow, wash, pack and distribute salad and watercress for retailer own brands and our own brand Steve’s Leaves.

We are looking a **Quality Auditor **to work Days from 6:00am to 6:00pm on a 4 on/4 off shift rota.

You would be joining us at a very exciting time as we are making a significant investment to upgrade our factory too.

**Key tasks include**:

- Complying and auditing/inspections of Quality Management System and HACCP
- Assessing product starting from raw material to finished product
- Effective management and resolving of non-conformances, completing root cause analysis and corrective action
- Taking micro samples and co-ordinating the despatch and associated paperwork
- Complete both backward and forward traceability
- Carry quality instrument calibrations

**Skills required**:

- Food industry experience beneficial
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Problem solving
- Good computer skills
- Team worker
- Effective time management
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: £30,955.47 per year
