**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls
- Taking payments over the phone when required
- Scanning
- Pricing, Checking and processing sales invoices on sage and price cards.
- Investigating sales invoice queries
- E-mail statements to customers monthly
- Credit control (Chasing payment dates from customers and updating spreadsheets)
- Update and maintain cashbook
- Allocate TBC account on Sage
- Login to Elavon and update daily figures for sage payments
- Process credit notes and update sheets
- Checking payroll timesheets, pay staff and payroll journals
- Other monthly journals
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cover team holidays/absences
- Update Mgt accounts and TB rec
- Other Ad Hoc duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £18,720.00-£19,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
