**Warehouse Operator (LLOP & Voice Picker)**

** Temp to perm contract on NIGHT SHIFT**

Taskmaster are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of a brand new client in Grangemouth that is looking for experienced Warehouse Operators to add to the team on a temp to perm contract.

Our client’s hours of work are based on a two week rotation, the hours would be as follow for week 1 - Tuesday to Saturday 10pm - 6am and then the management will allocate your shift pattern based on rota scheduling.

You must be available to work weekends as your rota will always include 5 working days out of 7 - Your two days off may not be together so you must be able to work any day from Mon to Sun.

Our client is offering in-house training to become a LLOP Voice Picker - The training will offer a 2 week settling in process that will cover a full induction for working onsite. This will include company standards, health and safety procedures whilst working onsite and drug and alcohol awareness whilst working onsite.

**What do you need to be considered for the Warehouse Operator position?**
- Warehouse Operator / Picker / LLOP experience would be desired
- An employment reference within the last three years
- Good physical strength due to the manual lifting aspect of the job
- LLOP or voice picking background would be extremely beneficial
- A high level of care and pride whilst at work, ability to work well alone and as a team, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills (be punctual, meet deadlines, readjust priorities when unforeseen issues arise).
- Attention to detail
