Events Driver

Heck Food Ltd is a leading food manufacturer who are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our events team.

As a member of our events team, you will be representing Heck on the road, travelling up and down the country, attending many different events throughout the year, from food shows & local agricultural shows to fitness & influencer events.

**Key duties**:

- Most of the events we attend run from Wednesday through to Sunday, which includes bank holidays and time away from home
- Early starts and late finishes when at events
- Responsible for looking after the Mercedes Sprinter Van and ‘Hot Van’ trailer
- Along with the team, you will be transporting supplies/stands from the Heck Q factory to events, leading the installation and uplifting the supplies/stands at the end of the event.
- You must be a confident driver as you will be loading and driving the van and towing a trailer.
- Be responsible for vehicle maintenance.

When you’re not doing shows, we organise local sampling and our exciting gym tours. The gym tours are planned routes which can last for up to a week of being on the road.

**Essential**:

- Strong organisational and time keeping skills
- Happy to work flexible hours, weekend work and bank holidays are essential
- Open to working longer hours during busier periods
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Trailer License
- Experienced van driver or delivery driver with towing experience
- Ability to drive and navigate efficiently

**Job Type**: Full time, Part Time

**Hourly Rate**:£12.00 - 20.00 per hour

**Expected Hours**:30 - 40 hours per week
