What you can expect to do in the role:

- Full 360 recruitment role
- Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales.
- Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop.
- Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients’ needs.

What we want to see from you:

- Experience of working in a face to face or telephone sales environment
- Strong track record of achieving/exceeding KPIs/Targets
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers/clients both over the phone and face to face.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with high levels of resilience and self-motivation
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
- Previous recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)

**Salary**:

- £28,000 - £30,000 Base salary
- Bonus Scheme
- Hybrid Working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
