Established, compassionate and friendly residential home based in heart of Llandybie, close to Ammanford Town Centre and located minutes from the M4, are looking for a Care Assistant to join our expanding team.

The ethos of our home is that care should be person centred and residents should be able to live their life to the fullest of their abilities and in accordance with their wishes.

**The responsibilities of the care team within Glanmarlais Residential Home are**:

- Ensuring residents receive person centred, high quality care in accordance with their care plan,
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard,
- Working alongside other members of the care team and management in order to ensure quality of care is maintained at all times.
