Weighbridge Administrator for a well-established industrial company in between Malton and York, on a permanent basis earning an excellent salary of circa £25,000.

You’ll be providing administration duties and ensuring smooth running of the weighbridge site; liaising with drivers, looking after stock control, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and inputting information onto the database system.

Please note, you must be a driver with your own vehicle due to the location.

The Weighbridge Administrator role will consist of:

- Weighing in and out vehicles using automated computer system
- Inputting of data entry accurately
- Liaising with drivers & external hauliers and giving job information out
- Speaking and liaising with all departments when queries arise - Transport, Sales Support, Production, Raw Materials
- Scanning paperwork
- Obtaining ETAs for deliveries due in
Working an average of 42.5 hours per week your hours will be Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm, earning a competitive salary of circa £25,000.
