We are excited to be working with a specialised lender that provides competitive bridging loans. Our client has a unique understanding of its clients’ challenges and offers a simple, flexible approach.

The business is growing swiftly so are seeking to recruit a Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to come and join the friendly and motivated team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Action new lending requests for bridging loans
- Analyse credit worthiness
- Prepare detailed credit proposals
- Prepare offer documentation
- Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
- Handling broker calls
- Manage customer expectations
- Liaise with internal and external parties to effectively manage the lending process

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven working experience within Bridging and/or Development
- At east 12 months relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
