**Role description**:
The role will consist of 3 main parts, Supporting Project delivery (Majority), Team Development, Digital Applications

There will be the opportunity to learn new skills like Python, Dynamo, Power Automate as the role develop and we look at initiatives to grow capability, assure quality and speed up delivery.

**Role accountabilities**:
You will be responsible for preparing 3D/2D Models in Revit/AutoCAD for Main Plant, Civil, Protection and Control Circuits Mechanical, Substations, Transmission routes. Preparation of 2D Sheets from the Revit/AutoCAD model as per company/client standards and liaison with lead business and other team members for preparation of design drawings. You will manage the implementation and maintenance of a Common Data Environment and support in the development of the BIM Team Including Writing Procedures, R&D, Team Development, Mentoring, etc

For this role you will need to have good communication skills both verbal and written, as well as being a strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure, both independently and within a team.

Other responsibilities include Co-ordinating the exchange of information between design disciplines, compliance of Arcadis business management system and compliance to Health and Safety standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Aiming to achieve Engineering Technician status or equivalent through a recognised professional institution and may be looking to convert this to Incorporated status.
- Aspiring to have a substantial relevant (production) experience in design, drafting or engineering and BIM.
