Huttie Group are a plumbing, electrical and heating company based in Cambridge and are looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join the team. This a varied role where you will be expected to assist with the smooth running of the operations. This includes managing workloads for engineers and scheduling works with customers.

Established in 2007, for more than a decade Huttie has been focused on delivering first-class service to its residential and commercial customers via its highly-experienced, fully accredited professionals. From electrical and mechanical to renewable energy projects big or small, our plumbing and heating engineers are Gas Safe registered and committed to carrying out tasks to the best of their ability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing workload and diaries for engineers
- Generating invoices
- Generating Quotes from site visits carried out by engineers
- Creating reports to monitor job pipeline
- General office duties

Key Skills:

- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to manage a high volume of loads efficiently
- Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers and manage their expectations
- Able to build relationships with others
- Must have excellent team working skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Able to communicate effectively with senior management
- Excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
