**Summary**:The purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Receivable Manager in managing the EU accounts receivable and credit control functions for Turtle Beach Europe Ltd, ensuring that all key objectives are met and company control standards are adhered to.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all payments are received on time and in full, or investigated for a speedy resolution
- Control all key customer accounts and investigate all claims that we receive for credits
- Work with the US finance department to develop effective working practices
- Provide reporting to the UK finance team on various aspects of credit control
- Provide support to the order processing team and ensure good communication between the various areas of the business in relation to open orders and receivables.
