**Location: Dublin
Salary**:€45k to €50k DOE
**Hours**:Monday - Friday (39hrs)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Automation Engineer Role Overview**:
**Automation Engineer Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the R&D team to design and develop new products in line with Global Marketing product pipelines
- Develop specifications, implement new designs, analyse and respond to customer feedback
- Excellent documentation for project reports, SOPs and operating manuals
- Working to relevant international directives and standards

**Automation Engineer Person Specification**:

- Minimum level 8 degree in Software/ Automation / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- A Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- A good communicator, fluent English both spoken and written
- An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Can self-manage own Work Packages and deliver on time
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed.
- Desire to continuously improve, raise standards, reduce errors and perfect processes
