TRAINEE BUTCHERS REQUIRED TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM, PREPARING MEAT ORDERS FOR THE CATERING INDUSTRY.

SOME EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED BUT FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BONING AND PREPARING JOINTS OF MEAT. STEAKING, DICING AND MINCING.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TO A HIGH STANDARD COMPLYING WITH ALL PROCEDURES OF HEALTH AND SAFETY.

**SALARY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
