My client is a large Electrical products provider with 11 branches and plans to continue expanding. They are a family-run business with a strong belief in teamwork and personal development. **What will I be doing?**

As a Telesales person, you will be on the phone for most of the day talking to both existing and new clients.

Telesales duties:

- Follow up on inbound enquiries with quotes
- Chase up existing quotes
- Upsell where possible and develop client relationships
- Make "cold account" calls wherever possible
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and admin is done

**Am I right for the role?**
- Although training is provided, previous experience working within the electrical sector is advantagous
- 2-3 years experience making both warm and cold calls
