Immediate start for a corporate client Receptionist.

This a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced dual receptionist and former Cabin Crew specialist to join a Central London firm in a sought-after location where team culture and clients are at the heart of the business.

As the 6-month fixed term contract receptionist, you will be based in a beautiful, light, and airy large client reception with one other who is charming, affable, and pleasant and it will be a pleasure to go to work and for you both to give good service to internal co-workers and external guests.

This position is for someone with sophisticated client and colleague communication skills who is well versed with CEO-level clients visiting and where you build effective relationships with contractors, courier services and taxi firms.

You will meet and greet visitors warmly and professionally paying close attention to their needs on arrival and departure such as taking their refreshment order, hanging their coats beautifully and being interested in their comfort and admin needs. You will be happy to make, serve and clean down after they have received their catering needs with an eye to detail and 5* panache.

This reception opportunity would suit a professional that has a good working knowledge of Condeco or Cloudbooking and can run headcount reports readily.

It would be advantageous if you have received recent IOSH, First Aid, Fire Warden and Mental Health First aid training and have an eye for Health & Safety and Risk at work checks.

You will be comfortable generating electronic door passes and managing access control and key management systems.

You will be Microsoft and AV savvy in trouble issues, booking appointments, and conducting overflow Team Assistant and EA duties.

As the corporate receptionist you will know how to manage multiple meeting rooms that are often back to back and yet be able to take on additional admin and catering support tasks when the switchboard is not at its peak.

As the ideal person, you will be polished and content when needing to roll your sleeves up. You will have a strong moral compass, have active integrity and relish partnered Front of House tasks. This role will give you a sense of joy when being in the office 5 days per week, 8.30 am - 5.15 pm. A degree of flexibility on occasion to support events and the wider team would be highly appreciated.
