**Smart Property Sourcing Ltd** are expanding and we are looking for a new team member as we continue to grow. With this growth and expansion, we will be totally rebranding the business to Smart Sales & Investments Ltd. So, we are now looking for the next enthusiastic and hard working team member to join us. You will become a valued member of the team and have the opportunity to learn and grow within the business. Job description is below, however you must be willing to work in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same. Experience in the role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

**Main Job Role Specifics & Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for calling leads.
- Keeping track of all leads.
- Following up with leads on a consistent basis.
- Liaising with paid plan clients.
- Due diligence on leads.
- Packaging deals.
- Arranging viewings.
- Generating & winning business.
- Promoting the business on social media and using social media to win business.

**Must have/be**:

- Communication skills are key.
- Confident and comfortable talking to home owners on the phone.
- Confident speaking to all different personalities and being able to adapt to each lead is crucial.
- Being personable and trustworthy on phones.
- Have an outgoing personality.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to undertake self tracking of leads and use systems to assist with tracking and following up.
- See yourself as a team player.
- Having experience in word, excel, Adobe, canva, pdf creating preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Feel you are capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good IT skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Keen to learn, grow and develop.

**What we provide**:

- £18,000 - £25,000 per year.
- 37.5 hours per week.
