Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Spa Housekeeper to come and join our team. Just a 5 minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, as well as our exclusive Treehouses, each offering its own unique charm with stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds.

Ramside is also home to some of the very best restaurants in County Durham, including our award winning Rib Room Steakhous, Pan-Asian restaurant Fusion and brand new concept restuarant Charcoa.

Our luxury spa provides the ideal opportunity to unwind, boasting a sophisticated thermal suite, five pools, including one of the UK’s largest hydrotherapy pools, an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the art gym and a huge range of specialist treatments on offer.

As part of the Spa team, our Spa Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring our Spa looks first class by delivering the highest standards of housekeeping. As the successful Spa Housekeeper you will focus on the finishing touches, ensuring the Sleep Sanctuary beds are clean and re-laid, the Spa Restrooms are re-stocked with toiletries and all communal areas are kept impeccably clean and tidy. You will also deliver a high standard of customer service, whilst following all health and safety, manual handling and COSHH.

We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hard working, can work independently as well as part of the Spa team and is friendly, approachable and willing to go that extra mile.

Thjs position is working Monday - Sunday with hours available between 8am and 9pm. Full time or part time positions will be considered.
