**Head of HR - Information about the role**

**This role will include responsibilities such as**:

- Providing a high standard of work to staff such as: recruitment, performance management, redundancy, retirement, payroll, GDPR administrations and many more.
- Ensure that the school is meeting all legal requirements and maintain awareness of what these legal requirements are.
- Confidently undertake general duties, administration and any reasonable task as directed by Director of Resources
- To present a positive impression of the school in all encounters with visitors or on school visits.
