**The role**

Day to day, as a Business Associate, you’ll be part of a small business management team supporting the Head of Business for Nuclear Operations.

You will be supporting the team, who will see significant growth over the next 10 Years. This will be done through conducting both analytical and reporting to support the wider function.
- Lead and manage reporting activities associated with the primary contract for Devonport Nuclear Infrastructure (DNI) and hence co-ordinate information for KPIs and other metrics and make effective use of quality data to produce and manage dashboards.
- To collate forecast information for future growth and develop supporting business cases to make changes to the primary contract.
- To lead on the management and reporting of business risk.
- To work closely with the business units and Heads of department, delivering actions and understanding and mitigating risk.
- Update workforce data and headcount forecast, coordinate with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).

This role is full time, 36 hours based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard with hybrid working from home arrangements.

**Essential experience of the Business Associate**:

- Experienced IT user, MS Office Packages Including Excel, and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
- Experience managing, training, and developing people would be beneficial
- Awareness of both commercial arrangement and financial procedures would be beneficial

**Qualifications for the Business Associate**:
STEM, business-related degree, equivalent level qualification or suitable experience.
