Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and maintaining records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Timekeeping, reliability and working as a team member essential - Covering other team members required for holiday and sick leave - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Flexibility is important
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Experience**:
- No experience necessary - Full training will be given
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
