We have the following vacancy, which will cover the areas of Scotland. This is one of our longstanding branches and has employees with a can do attitude. The branch is controlled from Head Office
Location: Kent

**Salary**: Excellent rates of pay depending upon experience + bonus
Duties of the Branch Supervisor include:

- Running a small, busy branch requiring effective supervision of 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor.
- It is also a requirement of the role, to complete surveys, when required
Requirements of the Branch Supervisor:

- Knowledge of the double-glazing industry is essential
- Experience of supervising teams and achieving deadlines
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritise branch workloads to achieving required branch and company targets
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated
- Good organisational skills
- Customer Service and performance focused.
