Salford City Council are currently seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor

You will play a key part within the estates team, working on a comprehensive range of property management duties to ensure the effective management of the Council's Assets including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, rent reviews, lettings and lease renewals.

**Key Experience Required**

Previous experience in Estate Surveying, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, Landlord and Tenant Matters, and ideally previous Local Authority experience.

Previous experience in working within mixed property portfolios and being able to work to your own initiate, whilst understanding the various restrictions that come with the management of a local authority portfolio.

Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline and ideally be MRICS qualified.

Experience of Concerto property management system would be an advantage.

**Contract**

The position will be for an initial 3 Month period with scope for rolling extension given that the service is currently working through a redesign process

There is remote / hybrid working available however it will be essential to work from the office with team members at the Civic Centre in Swinton 2-3 days per week.
