Head Housekeeper

We are looking for someone to head up our housekeeping team at this award winning customer focused boutique B&B.

Housekeeping: you will be expected to strip, clean & remake beds, clean bathrooms, bedrooms and communal areas. You must be able to work competently and efficiently.

As Head of Housekeeping, you will be part of our small management team setting standards for housekeeping and ensuring that your team is well trained and that our rooms are spotless and looking fabulous when our guests arrive.

You will liaise with the laundry to ensure that we have a regular supply of clean well laundered linen & towels.

Enthusiasm, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

You will need your own transport and may be required to drive a van to collect & drop off laundry.

This is a permanent position and will be around 25 hours per week. Hours could be extended for the right person if you are also able to do some breakfast waiting-on.

The position is available now so an immediate start is possible.

Ideally we are looking for a single person to fulfil this role but it cold be split between 2 people.

Please note that this is NOT a LIVE-IN position

Pay: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
