Are you a highly organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively and multi-task? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Repair and Maintenance (R&M) Supply team as a Reinstatement Scheduler

**The role**

You will be responsible for ensuring that our staff have a fully scheduled workload, which is planned to ensure the best possible efficiencies. You will need to co-ordinate and balance job priorities from multiple sources ranging from customers, operations and our engineering department.

You will also need to be able to rearrange and mobilise support for unplanned emergency work at short notice. Team working is a big part of this role as you will be working with the rest of the scheduling team, the field-based staff plus their managers and supervisors, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets are either met or exceeded.

**What do I need?**

We're looking for a proactive and practical individual, who can deal effectively with customer and internal stakeholders. You will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will need to be computer and systems literate with the ability to use multiple types of IT software.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as being able to communicate effectively to people at multiple levels. You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to work well in a pressurised environment and be able to multi-task throughout the working day, while also supporting your team members in assisting with their workloads at busy times.
