We wish to appoint a Librarian to support and enrich teaching and learning by enabling pupils to access a broad range of learning resources. The Librarian will develop learning and information handling skills and promoting literacy, reading for pleasure and independent learning among our students.

You will have experience of working in a library or learning resource centre. You will also have the ability and desire to work with young people to motivate and to develop research and independent learning skill.

This role is for 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, term time, with some degree of flexibility required to support or host library-based school events, which may include occasional Saturday working.
