You should have 2 years plus experience in a similar Marketing Coordinating/Executive position as this position involves supporting the company's overall marketing strategy, implementing end-user and customer marketing campaigns. As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will collaborate across teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, from planning to execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will assist in the development and execution of customer campaigns - these will include online promotions, monthly deal offers and customer retention programs
- Contribute to the EDMs (_Electronic Document Management System_) and customer communications.
- Get involved in the development and execution of end-user campaigns - product giveaways, lead generation through promotions and redemption campaigns etc.
- Help the Social Media team with asset compilation.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal updates and communications to the sales team.
- Manage the sales team's marketing requests, creating content for all new product-related graphics and campaigns - sell sheets, package offers and launch decks.
- Content development - Marketing-related data, summaries and written descriptions.
- Create & edit key account marketing presentations according to style guides
- Work with teams in the UK & EU regions on their respective marketing roadmaps.
- Report to the team on key marketing activities to ensure they are fully aware
- Data Analysis and report production (You must be proficient with numbers & Excel spreadsheets -VLOOKUP function etc).
- Database management: Consolidate images and file them into an accessible central portal, and respond to requests and product specs as needed.

**Required**:

- 2 years plus experience in a similar role
- Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task with ease along with solid problem-solving and analysis
- Good attention to detail and be adaptable to constant changes.
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud services.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar, Calendly)
- Excellent time management and solid organisational skills
