**A bit about the role**: This is a great experience for someone looking to gain industry knowledge in the financial services sector. You will be working alongside and mentored by a Unividual Financial Planner. You will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks that enhances the client experience when working with Unividual. This will include but is not limited to:

- Undertake research work on financial plans
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Meet and greet visitors to the office, including clients for meetings
- Organise outgoing and incoming post and scan documents on to client records
- Printing and compiling client meeting and marketing packs
- Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order
- Liaising and chasing product providers on behalf of clients

Training will be provided for all the above tasks.

**Required skills & knowledge**:
**IT skills**
- Able to use Word to create letters
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets
- Able to pick up new software or programmes quickly

**Communication**
- Presentable and smart individual
- Experienced written communication skills with good attention to detail and a critical eye
- Good interpersonal skills. Confident in meeting new people and building rapport and relationships
- Ability to support and collaborate with other members of the team

**Self-management & organisation**
- A highly organised individual who can use their own initiative and can take instruction from colleagues
