Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team at a popular gaming venue. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional customer service and game facilitation.

**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the gaming experience for guests
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment
- Guide players through various games, explaining rules and assisting with gameplay
- Monitor game progress and intervene when necessary to ensure a positive experience
- Set up and reset gaming rooms between sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in gaming areas
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for gaming and creating immersive experiences for players

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
