**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support Site Maintenance Activities
- Housekeeping Duties
- Responsible for Site/Yard Cleanliness
- Responsible for Winter Maintenance of Estate Road/Yards
- Responsible for Site Audits
- Compliance with Company & departmental procedure
- Meet your health & safety responsibilities as defined in the Health & Safety Policy
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Caravan assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Be familiar with using hand & power tools
- Must be able to deliver consistently under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- Team player
- Forklift Licence required.
- PAF Licence preferred.
