**JOB PURPOSE**

To operate in the allocated unit, prepare and serve food, prepare and serve hot drinks and process payment for all guests to the restaurants’ service standards. Ensure the customers are greeted on arrival and on process of payment a final guest satisfaction is conducted.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Maintain a safe working environment by observing Health and Safety Regulations and other relevant Food Hygiene legislation.

2. Provide a courteous and efficient service to all our customers in line with Retail food and drink’s Customer Service Programme.

3. Service of food and beverages in line with the service standards and brand manuals for each specific outlet, to include term and vacation business.

4. Cleaning and maintenance of all equipment, kitchens and service areas, in line with cleaning schedules.

5. Cash handling procedures to include taking payment, maintaining float and cashing up tills.

6. Monitor stock levels to maintain an adequate service. Stock rotation, receipting and the requisition of items as required.

7. Food preparation and cooking as detailed by outlet service standards and brand manuals.

8. Commitment to your personal training and assistance with the training of new employees.

9. Any other reasonable requests to maintain standards.
