General Foreman/woman

**Are you a joinery supervisor with experience in new build housing and looking for stability during a time of uncertainty?**

Pettigrew Recruitment is working alongside one of Perthshire's most reputable housebuilder's as they seek to add a Joinery Foreman to their site team. Working alongside a Site Manager and working on a development in Scone you will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinating construction work and resources to meet programme.
- Producing schedules and monitor attendance of sub contract trades and labour on site.
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Liaise regularly with management on progress and problems that occur.

To be shortlisted for this role, it is essential you come from a trades background and preference will be given to a joinery bias due to the nature of the work involved.
