We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite - a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser - along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.

POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximise their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

**Job Description**:

- Join us as a Performance Specialist where you will lead the Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to the Crop Nutrients Business Unit, ensuring that objectives are met on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key Accountabilities
- To manage and execute the continuous improvement strategy and plan for all Crop Nutrients supply chain (SC) change initiatives.
- Create and implement communication plans to enable large-scale change.
- Develop detailed business impact assessments and action plans. Estimate resource requirements for each initiative.
- Manage the changes / initiatives pipeline through analysis and quantitative and qualitative ranking.
- Obtain leadership support to drive business change.
- Identify and develop stakeholders and ambassadors within Anglo American for specific initiatives.
- Support internal stakeholders in building business cases and scoping initiatives.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to own or support change initiatives.
- Support training efforts by providing input, requirements, building training programs, and running workshops.
- Prepare risk mitigation analysis and strategies.
- Support improvement team to progress initiatives and unblock issues.
- Track and report initiatives progress and run rate of implementation initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years+ procurement / contracting experience in a mining / EPCM / manufacturing / operations organisation.
- Proven track record of successful organisational change in medium to large enterprises (large projects / mining preferred).
- Must demonstrate expertise of change management methodologies, approaches, and tools.
- Maintain a wide understanding of Supply Chain systems knowledge.
- Experience in managing a team to achieve results.
- To provide the ability to filter and distil relevant information for the right audience.
- Be self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- To possess excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels in a corporate organisation.
- Must review and proactively escalate issues and risks on timely basis (with suggested solutions).
- Devise solutions using a flexible, fit-for-purpose approach by utilising experience, innovation and teamwork and balancing cost, schedule, and quality.
- Effectively influence and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
- Facilitate agreement and co-operation using a diplomatic and open approach.
- Work with diverse teams and sensitive to local social, political, and cultural realities.
- Comfortably interact across all mediums of interaction i.e., face to face vs. virtual interactions with team members and stakeholders.
