As an Inbound Tour Operator, we work with a large range of high-quality properties, from opulent 5-star deluxe hotels to 4-star hotels across key cities in the UK, Europe, USA and UAE. We pride ourselves in providing a personal service at very competitive prices, working in partnership with overseas Travel Agents and our Tour operators to generate individual and group tour programmes. Our services include providing luxury accommodation, designing incentive travel for groups, creating luxury experiences, arranging bespoke airport concierge assistance, organising the best spots for sports events, and planning outstanding private jet trips.

Oceandusk Group is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work in its Finance department.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- Manage Payables mailbox
- Request, match, post supplier invoice on QuickBooks/Xero
- Deal with vendor queries as appropriate.
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Assist Supervisor with payment runs.
- Daily bank and Credit Cards reconciliation of all expense accounts and investigate anything that cannot be reconciled
- Reconcile multi-currencies credit cards
- Manage Credit Card Funds
- Request and follow up on refunds for Overcharged Credit Cards

**Other tasks**
- Enter and update and supplier information onto accounting systems
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Help Finance Manager to review, complete and file VAT returns

**Key Attributes**
- Experience in using QuickBooks and Xero.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Ability to deal and organise a busy workload and complex data, ensuring an exceptionally high level of attention to detail.
- Work effectively as part of a team, ensuring that targets and deadlines are achieved
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, with a positive approach to problem solving
- Have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
