Dog Walker

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Walk a group of dogs on a regular schedule, ensuring they get the exercise they need
- Clean up after dogs during walks and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor the health and well-being of dogs, reporting any concerns to the owner or supervisor
- Follow specific instructions provided by dog owners regarding their pets' care and routines
- Ensure the safety of both the dogs and yourself during walks, using appropriate leashes and restraints as necessary

**Skills**:

- Strong animal care skills, including knowledge of dog behavior and basic training techniques
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments with confidence and patience
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (e.g., helping our older dogs into the car)
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the clients both in person and via our group chats

Qualifications:

- We do not require you to have previous experience or qualifications for this role, however it would be beneficial.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the option to take on a full-time role should you desire it once your on-job training is complete.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week
