**Junior Marketing Executive - Digital Theatre**

**Who are we?**

Digital Theatre+ is a web-based educational platform used by over 4 million students in over 3000 schools, colleges and universities around the world to teach and study Drama and English. Currently a unique product in the education space and with ongoing investment, we are growing our team across the UK and US and operate with the spirit of a highly entrepreneurial scale-up. We believe the arts are for everyone, not the few.

The EdTech industry is an exciting and expanding market and we are uniquely situated to help shape how educational institutions use Digital Content to enhance a student’s learning experience in the digital age (both in the classroom and remotely).

Digital Theatre+ has adapted particularly well to the ‘new normal’ and has introduced a hybrid remote first working model. Whilst you will have access to a London based office, you will have added flexibility to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

**Job Description**:
**You will get to**:

- Work with our Creative Digital Designer to create compelling marketing collateral including imagery, videos and trailers, social media assets, one-pagers, and infographics
- Increase brand awareness and audience reach by creating engaging social media content for channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
- Source and manage customer case studies and testimonials including written and video formats
- Implement, track and optimise paid ad campaigns to increase website traffic and generate leads (using Google Ads, Youtube and social media)
- Edit and proofread marketing materials

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year experience working in marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills - a keen and committed team player
- The ability to analyse tasks and understand their impact
- Strong organisational skills - a multi-tasker who can hit deadlines
- Proven experience in copywriting across marketing channels
- Experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot
- Great attention to detail especially in relation to the written word
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive on challenge and change, and are motivated by variety in your work and the opportunity to develop new skills
- A background in the performing arts or education sectors is an added bonus
