**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
You will be required to support a 69 year old Lady in her 2 bedroom bungalow

The person you would be supporting can show challenging behaviours when she becomes anxious.

However she does enjoy lots of activites some of these are shown below:

- Trips to the seaside, with a cheeky fish & chips stop.
- Getting out and about using her wheechair for some fresh air, especially the local parks.
- Completing jigsaws at home

Our staff team are great, and they support the people we support to:

- Maintain the person we support home
- Complete personal care
- Enjoy an active social life
- Living there best life possible
- communicate and understand subtle gestures of communication
- not always verbal.
- Prepare meals

We need all our team to be trained in Medication Administration - MAPA - First aid - Moving & Positioning - Fire - Safeguarding and Service specific - PBS (Positive Behaviour Support - Epilepsy - Mental health / Learning disabilities - Autism, we will provide this training, and ongoing training to ensure you are fully confident in your role.
- Most importantly remembering the people we support require to be included in any daily decisions and encouraged to be as independent as possible. We need our staff members to support the people we support to live there Best lives Possible

You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so I know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.
