Gap construction are thrilled to be working with a bespoke family run firm based just outside Buckhurst Hill. They have been trading for just under 40 years and in that time, they have built up a reputation for quality and a high standard of finish. They workfor a small number of high-net-worth PLC property companies in Central London and the variety of their works reflects the range of architecture that exists in Central London. They work in (but not limited to) the following fields:

- High end residential and office renovations to a value of £3.5m.
- Structural alterations to extend, raise or generally create open spaces.
- Strip out and structural works.
- External repairs.

**Summary**
- The role will also include Procurement, managing subcontractor/supplier prices to allow selection based on satisfying tender enquiries, preparing budgets to extract the required margins for each project and some quantity surveying work as capacity allows
