Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for playing a key role in delivering technological improvements as we grow the infrastructure of our family company.

You will also support staff in using IT equipment and providing a range of IT related administrative duties across the organisation.

If you have some prior IT support experience, have recently finished university, or if you are an existing IT Support Assistant who is looking for a change, we would love to hear from you

Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and problem solve. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation which provides support to those who support vulnerable young people.

The successful applicant will need to be positive, solution-orientated and have lots of patience

As well as fault-fixing and maintenance, you may also be required to help move equipment across sites.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and improve existing systems and processes
- Identify, co-ordinate and resolve incidents as quickly as possible
- Complete general IT administrative duties to support the company
- Manage and facilitate effective standard operating procedures and policies across our homes.
- Configure, install, and maintain user software and hardware
- Maintain and monitor our backup systems

30 Hours Per Week

Salary : £17,500 per year
