Arms Cbt Therapist

The At Risk Mental State (ARMS) is a specialty within Early Intervention Psychosis Services that works with young people and adults across Somerset who are aged between 18-25 and can provide assessment and treatment for people who may be experiencing prodromal symptoms and have a high risk of developing a psychosis in the near future. The aim of working with this group is to reduce the number of people making the transition to developing a First Episode of Psychosis. ARMS is an innovative development within EIP services nationally and this is an exciting opportunity to work proactively and preventatively in mental health.

The post holder will be responsible for providing timely access to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for individuals who are at risk of developing a First Episode of Psychosis.

This is a countywide post, base negotiable with expectation of travel across Somerset as required.
