- **Main Purpose and Scope of Job**_

We have an exciting opportunity for a CMM Inspector to join our team. This role will require you to perform visual and dimensional inspection of a variety of components within our precision machining division, ensuring they are compliant with required quality standards as set out by Accura Engineering Ltd.
- Within this role you will report directly to the Quality Manager.
- **Key measures of success**:_
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret geometric features/tolerances.
- To perform CMM Inspection using software on the CMM Machine.
- To work with various materials including aluminium, steel, castings, cast iron etc.
- To operate CMM equipment and the ability to manually measure parts using conventional equipment - verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers etc.
- To document quality issues and reporting non-conformances.
- To generate CMM Programs to measure components in CNC mode.
- To compile detailed inspection reports.
- **Knowledge Required**_

Expert CMM knowledge including both Inspection and programming, ability to read engineering drawings, inspection reports and knowledge of FAIRS is required for this position.

Desirable familiarity with Aberlink software.

Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
