**Job Description**:
Portico is now hiring for a Reception and Hospitality Manager (Welcome and Hospitality Services Lead) to lead our team based in the East Midlands offices of one of “The Big Four” auditors

The auditing firm is the second largest professional services firm in the world. They are always looking to improve, innovate and evolve their services. Portico are responsible for all Welcome Services, Floor Hosting, Room Bookings, Events and Switchboard working as “One Team” with our WSH service partners - BaxterStorey and Benugo across the UK and Ireland.

Responsible for managing the on-site WSH team across both catering and front of house services, as well as managing the day-to-day relationship with the local client, the Welcome and Hospitality Lead is varied role where no two days are the same

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week on shift rotation 07:00 - 19:00

**Salary**: £32,500 per annum

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of managing multiple departments within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment. They will be comfortable managing their time effectively to provide support for their team members, whilst staying on top of business requirements. They will also have experience in creating new processes. Thinking outside the box to come up with innovative new ideas and confidently rolling them out.
